Rosen Aviation, is located in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking an on-site Senior Software Engineer to help us develop the next generation of aircraft cabin systems. If you have experience working in Linux and Android, doing object-oriented programming and working with embedded systems, we are looking for you!

Role Summary

The right cadidate will architect, specify, design, and implement software as part of the Software Team in the development of Rosen products. This position is responsible for successful implementation and control of all aspects of the software cycle. Provides sustaining support for released products. Creates world class production testing software with an emphasis on automation. Additionally, the Senior Software Engineer will provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software or Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of software development experience
• Extensive experience with Git, C++ and C, AOSP (Android Open Source Project) or other embedded Linux OS
• 5+years of experience in Linux kernel driver development
