The Payroll Operations & Compliance Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the payroll function, ensuring all payroll inputs, employee data, and timekeeping processes are accurate, complete, and compliant. Based out of Springfield, Oregon, this role supports a rapidly growing organization with operations across multiple states, requiring a strong understanding of multi-state payroll, job costing, and construction-related compliance. The position acts as the primary liaison between field operations and payroll, supporting employees and supervisors while maintaining high standards of accuracy and responsiveness.
