Your mission is to provide essential human resources support to the Public Works by leading and coordinating recruitments, conducting classification and compensation review work and serving as a knowledgeable resource for employee relations matters. You will partner closely with Public Works leadership and the Citys Employee Resource Center to ensure equitable, timely recruitment and hiring processes, and consistent, well-supported employee relations processes that help the department operate effectively and maintain a positive workplace culture.
