Kaiser Permanente - - Responsibilities: Prepares and organizes patients office visit for known reason/procedure; ensures tests and information are ready for clinician review; Collects subjective and objective patient data (symptoms, allergies, medications, vital signs, etc.); Utilizes health maintenance tools to identify gaps and alerts clinician when attention is needed; Maintains and adjusts clinician's patient schedule for efficient flow; Answers and responds to patient/department messages and communicates data to clinicians
