In this role, you will serve as a business development manager responsible for developing and expanding customer relationships within a designated territory while supporting strategic healthcare infrastructure projects tied to mobile sterile processing solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to hospital leadership teams, project stakeholders, engineers, and operational leaders to ensure successful project execution and long-term client partnerships. This is a highly visible position that blends consultative sales, operational coordination, project management, and executive-level relationship building. The role is fully remote but requires extensive travel across the United States, including overnight travel up to 75%.

This role is an excellent fit for military veterans who have experience leading teams, managing complex operations, coordinating logistics, building client relationships, or operating in high-accountability environments. Veterans from operations, healthcare support, engineering, logistics, construction management, medical service, aviation maintenance, or senior enlisted/officer leadership backgrounds may transition especially well into this position.

The ideal candidate will bring:

A bachelor's degree

-- 10+ years of experience within healthcare, operations, logistics, project management, or related industries

-- Experience in consultative sales, client management, business development, or professional services

-- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

-- Experience managing multiple moving parts, timelines, and customer expectations simultaneously

-- Bonus points for experience supporting healthcare facilities, construction projects, engineering operations, or sterile processing environments

Location: Nationwide near a major airport.

Pay: $130-150k Base

Bonus: 20% annual bonus

Stock Options: $23k a year

PTO: 3 weeks
