Join a busy production team manufacturing granola, cereal, and packaged food products in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. We're hiring for processing, packaging, and sanitation roles, offering hands-on work and long-term growth opportunities within a growing manufacturing facility. What You'll DoDepending on department placement, responsibilities may include: Processing Moving and lifting ingredient bags up to 50 lbs into mixing bins Following recipes and batch instructions accurately Operating and monitoring food production equipment Measuring ingredients and supporting production flow Maintaining clean and organized processing areasPackaging Packaging cereal and granola products for shipment Repacking boxes and mixed cases Counting and verifying product quantities Stacking boxes and pallets safely and efficiently Inspecting packaging for quality and accuracySanitation Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facility areas Disassembling and reassembling machinery for deep cleaning Supporting food safety and sanitation compliance Completing sanitation logs and documentation Maintaining GMP and housekeeping standards throughout the facilityWhat You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to lift 35-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and remain active for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic math and computer skills preferred Previous production, warehouse, packaging, sanitation, or food manufacturing experience is helpful but not requiredWhy Join Us?
