Most extensive primary care private practice in the county
Work a 4-day workweek and see 18 to 20 patients per day
Strictly outpatient practice with clinical support from 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 7 Physician Assistants
Embedded Behavioral Health and Clinical Pharmacy
Patient-centered medical home setting
Base salary + incentive plan (Shareholders are making between $300,000 and $500,000+ per year)
2-year partnership track
50K per year for three years for student loan assistance
