Sally Beauty - - Responsibilities: Hire, develop and lead all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences and brand standards; Develop strategies to achieve KPIs and financial targets through analysis and action planning; Support Store Manager in all areas and assume primary duties when Manager is not present; Provide supervision and planning for associates' daily goals to maximize sales and customer loyalty; Ensure execution of company processes, Omni-channel fulfillment, inventory management, payroll, and store opening/closing procedures
