Sally Beauty - - Responsibilities: Assist Store Manager and lead store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals; Hire, develop and lead store associates to deliver exceptional client experiences; Oversee store operations and ensure brand standards, merchandising, and omni-channel initiatives are executed; Develop strategies and plans to achieve KPIs and financial targets through analysis and communication; Support the Store Manager in all areas and assume primary duties in their absence
