This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, hands-on fabrication skills, and a patient-centered approach.*Key Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for prosthetic and orthotic patients.* Design and fabricate devices in-house or utilize digital scanning and CAD/CAM technology.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with referring providers.* Provide education to patients and caregivers on device use, maintenance, and follow-up care.* Document patient care activities accurately and timely.* Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including Medicare, OSHA, and state licensure requirements.* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to patient satisfaction goals.*Qualifications** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics or a related field.* *ABC or BOC Certification* as a CPO in good standing (required).* *Licensed or eligible for licensure* in the State of Oregon.* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates will be considered.* Proficient in both traditional and digital fabrication techniques.* Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.* Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.*What We Offer** Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.* Comprehensive benefits package including:* Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance* Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)* Life and Disability insurance* 401(k) Retirement Plan* Continuing education and professional development support.* Opportunities for advancement in a growing organization.* A respectful, collaborative, and supportive work environment.*Equal Opportunity Employer*Synergy Medical Systems, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
