Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance repairs as assigned; Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards; Inspect property grounds, buildings, and amenities for safety and cleanliness; Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance; Promote safety, customer service, and professional conduct with residents and staff
