In addition to involvement in the day-to-day operations associated with container seedling production, this position will require the Nursery Leadhand to lead a team of English and Spanish Nursery Workers. The Leadhand will be accountable for production employee training, evaluation, task assignment, assisting in shipping and receiving, timesheet data reconciliation, and data collection while adhering to the occupational health and safety standards.
