Job Title: Food Processing Worker
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm (overtime as needed)

You will work closely with your team to support meat processing activities, prepare machinery, and maintain safety standards, making a visible impact every day.
What You'll Do
As a Food Processing Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the meat grinding crew throughout the shift to ensure smooth operations.
- Transitioning machinery for breakdowns and preparing equipment for sanitation at 4 pm.
- Dicing and grinding high-quality proteins to meet production specifications.
- Operating equipment such as mixers, grinders, and patty presses confidently and safely.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area, follow safety procedures, and adapt to cold conditions and water spray environments.
- Standing for extended periods and working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to work in cold environments and endure standing for long periods.
- Comfort working in water spray conditions and below-the-knee water protection.
- Strong team player mentality with good communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, proactive attitude.
- No specific certifications required but experience in food processing is a plus.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
