Level A Flat Rate Technician

The Level A Flat Rate Technician is a master-level technician responsible for the most complex diagnostics, repairs, and system overhauls. This role is key to ensuring top-quality service and mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs
• Lead by example in safety, quality, and efficiency
• Train and mentor apprentice and mid-level technicians
• Maintain ASE and manufacturer certifications
• Ensure compliance with warranty repair procedures
• Deliver outstanding workmanship that meets or exceeds standards
