Production Welder

Production Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 05:00am to 05:30pm)

• Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures
• Select appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods
• Set up and align components using fixtures, tape measures, levels, speed squares, and clamps
• Prepare parts using angle grinders and other tools
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
• Assemble and prepare trailers by welding components and filling gaps
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards

Production Welder Qualifications:

• Welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control is a plus
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–70 lbs consistently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
