You will play a key role in ensuring work flows efficiently from booking to completion while maintaining strong communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role that requires quick thinking, strong prioritization, and the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.What You'll Be Responsible ForActively manage and adjust technician schedules throughout the day to maximize efficiency, revenue goals, and customer serviceMatch technician skills to job types while balancing urgency, geography, and availabilityCommunicate constantly with field technicians to support job progress, updates, and real-time changesProvide professional and clear customer communication regarding scheduling, updates, and reschedulesHandle high volumes of incoming changes while maintaining accuracy and urgencyCoordinate with logistics to ensure materials, permits, manpower, and multi-trade coordination are alignedEnsure proper job setup and accurate data entry for reporting and scheduling integritySupport outbound scheduling efforts and help ensure the board remains full and productivePartner closely with Customer Service Representatives and leadership to prioritize urgent needsIdentify and correct scheduling or job detail errors quickly and accuratelyTake ownership of follow-up tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks by end of dayWhat Success Looks LikeThe schedule is actively managed, not passively followedTechnicians are consistently utilized efficiently and productivelyCustomers feel informed, supported, and confident in our serviceChanges are handled quickly without confusion or delaysCommunication between office and field is clear, consistent, and proactiveYou remain composed, accurate, and effective during high-volume periodsWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication skills with the ability to confidently manage multiple conversations at onceA calm, solution-focused mindset in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skillsAbility to prioritize quickly and make real-time decisionsComfortable working in a performance-driven, high-accountability environmentTyping speed of 50+ WPM and strong computer navigation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and CRM systemsCustomer service experience in a professional setting (1+ years preferred)Dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or trade industry experience is a plus but not requiredStrong attendance, reliability, and personal accountabilityOpen to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvementAbout ReynoldsWith nearly 65 years serving our community, Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is built on quality, integrity, and accountability.We operate as a high-performing service organization where teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement drive everything we do.
