We are looking for an Express Lube Service Advisor to join our Honda Service team. The required schedule will be Tuesday – Friday 9‑6 and Saturday 8‑5.QualificationsHigh level customer service experienceAbility to demonstrate time management, strong work ethics, and strong communication skillsAbility to make Honda repair recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for our customersGeneral knowledge of automobiles and their maintenanceValid driver's license and a good driving recordDealership experience is preferred, but service writing experience is not requiredDutiesInterfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenanceVerifying work was properly performed and diagnosedResearching vehicle history to make educated recommendationsInputting and maintaining customer informationCompleting work tasks in an efficient and organized mannerUsing telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the dayScheduling service appointmentsWorking ConditionsWorking conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to a full work shift on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances up to 8 hours, and frequent use of telephone.#J-18808-Ljbffr
