The Airport Business and Communications Manager is responsible for managing Eugene Airport's non-aeronautical business activities, external relations, and communication support functions. This position focuses on General Aviation (GA) relations, marketing coordination, social media oversight, public information support, and commercial program coordination. The role serves as a key liaison between the airport, its tenants, users, media, and the broader community, ensuring consistent messaging, strong stakeholder relationships, and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, an understanding of airport operations and tenant environments, and the ability to represent the airport effectively to diverse audiences.
Classification: Senior Management Analyst Salary Range : $44.83 - $60.52 / hourly; $93,246.40 - $125,881.60 / annually A 2.7% COLA increase is effective 7/1/2026. The City of Eugene determines starting pay within the range based on relevant education and experience as provided by the applicant in their application materials. This process is consistent with the Oregon Equal Pay Act (OEPA).
