Together we make the promise to serve each other and our customers as individuals first and then take exceptional care of their automotive needs.Responsibilities:Schedule appointments with proper documentation of clientele needs.Greet customers promptlyObtain customer and vehicle informationClearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customerDetermine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehiclePrepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and partsVerify all warranty and service plan coverage and report correctly.Establish follow up time and proactively communicate with clientele as they require.Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequentlyVerify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderExplain all completed work and charges to customer.Proactive follow up with clientele regarding customer service experience and follow up with any clientele needsMaintain proper customer service index score each month.Qualifications:Previous vehicle manufacturing dealership experience required and CDK experience preferred.Driver's License is required with an acceptable, insurable driving record.Sheppard Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
