Job Title: Green Chain Puller Pay: $25.21 per hour Hours: Monday-Thursday 4:00AM-4:00PM, Friday 4:00AM-3:30PM (weekday hours) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a rewarding career opportunity? Join a reputable lumber mill as a Green Chain Puller in Eugene, Oregon and make an impact every day. As a Green Chain Puller, you'll play a hands-on role in processing high-quality Douglas Fir dimensional lumber. You'll work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations and uphold safety and quality standards. What You'll Do As a Green Chain Puller, you will be responsible for:

• Pulling lumber off the conveyor belt efficiently and carefully
• Sorting lumber and clearing the chain to keep materials flowing smoothly
• Ensuring each load is matched correctly by size, length, and grade
• Stacking units to the proper height and width for safe handling
• Helping maintain quality by placing stickers properly for drying and preparing re-saw/trim stacks into stable units

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly with strong physical stamina
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic understanding of saw milling processes and strong teamwork
