Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour, DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

As a Welder Fabricator, you'll be an essential part of a team executing diverse welding projects. You'll work with advanced fabrication equipment and prepare metal components for assembly, contributing to exciting projects and honing your skills with each task.
What You'll Do
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
- Performing MIG and Fluxcore welding to produce high-quality metal structures.
- Completing TIG welding when needed to meet project specifications.
- Grinding and deburring metal parts with handheld and palm grinders for precision.
- Operating shop machinery such as drill presses and press brakes to facilitate fabrication.
- Carefully removing parts from laser cutting and burn tables, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Tack and spot welding components to assemble parts securely.
- Reading tape measures and basic fabrication instructions to ensure precise work.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Contributing to production goals with consistent, quality workmanship.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior welding experience, specifically with MIG and Fluxcore processes (required).
- Experience with TIG welding (preferred but not required).
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret fabrication instructions effectively.
- Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform shop tasks comfortably.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Dependability, good attendance, and a strong work ethic.
