Job Title: Press Operator Pay: $17.51/hour Hours: 6:00AM - 2:30PM (M-F) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a career-building opportunity? As a Press Operator, you'll help produce high-quality metal parts such as plates, brackets, straps, and coils. You'll work closely with your team to ensure machinery runs smoothly, parts are correctly boxed and labeled, and production quotas are met. What You'll Do As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for: Running press machinery to manufacture parts according to customer specifications Inspecting and boxing parts, ensuring the correct boxes and labels are used, and pallets contain the right quantity Monitoring equipment during operation and troubleshooting minor issues Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in your work area Following ongoing training to master different press machines What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience with repetitive lifting of 20-30 lbs Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments Good attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable work ethic and team mindset Why Join Us in Springfield?
