Ice Cream Production Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:00pm)
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 1:00am)
• Schedules vary depending on line assignment, about 45hr per week
• Overtime will be mandatory through the busy season
• No piercings, jewelry, false eyelashes, nails, or hair extensions allowed on the production floor
• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment for efficient operation
• Assemble, fill, and package ice cream products to company quality standards
• Perform quality checks and follow all food safety, sanitation, and PPE guidelines
• Support set-up, changeovers, shutdowns, and clear communication with team members

Ice Cream Production Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related field is preferred but not required - training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (production floor temperatures can be below freezing).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
