Warehouse ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory integrity. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and proficiency in using warehouse management systems.DutiesAlthough the position is titled Warehouse Clerk, our warehouse is dedicated to shipping and receiving CPR/First Aid supplies and training equipment. Because it is not a traditional warehouse environment, no heavy machinery is used. Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all packages are accounted for.Process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and preparing necessary documentation.Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipping and receiving operations.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.Occasionally will assist on help desk providing customer service chat (primarily consists of tracking updates)QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations is highly desirable.Familiarity shipping software is a plus.Strong basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) as required.Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.Typing speed of ~35 WPMIf you are motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to our logistics operations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Job Type: Full-time
