TIG Welder - Day & Swing Shift

TIG Welder - Day & Swing Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 24.00 to $ 24.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 02:00pm)
• Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 2:00pm to 12:30am and OT on Friday)

• Perform quality TIG welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel components.
• Read prints and follow welding specifications, work instructions, and production requirements.
• Inspect completed welds and parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe welding area while meeting production expectations.

TIG Welder - Day & Swing Shift Qualifications:

• Previous TIG welding experience with the ability to consistently produce quality welds.
• Able to read and interpret prints and measurements.
• Detail-oriented with good basic math skills and strong attention to quality.
• Self-directed, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling metal parts and tooling up to 50 lbs and working in a manufacturing environment.
