Kendall Toyota of Eugene is hiring for a Service BDC Receptionist to join our Service team. At Toyota, our service department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Eugene.

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers (75- 125 calls per day total).
- Contact customers to schedule service appointments. Quickly, politely and accurately determines customer service needs.
- Use telephone, email and other means to communicate with customers and vendors.
- Answer telephones consistent with company standards; provide information to callers and route calls.
- Staying knowledgeable on current service department offers. Offering clients service appointment specials that may fit their needs.
- Input and maintain vehicle and customer information in computer system.
- Performs data entry and performs general office clerical tasks including: working within Excel Spreadsheets to document daily client contacts.
