Production Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am)

• Perform production welding on structural steel and fabricated metal products
• Utilize MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core welding processes to meet production requirements
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, work orders, and weld specifications
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
• Safely operate welding equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area

Production Welder Qualifications:

• Previous MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience required
• Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and strong safety awareness

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
