If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment and love connecting people with the help they need, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesManage the client intake process from initial contact through case onboardingConduct intake interviews with prospective clients to gather case information and assess eligibilityAccurately enter and maintain client data in case management softwareCoordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and follow-up appointmentsRespond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional mannerPrepare and send intake forms, engagement letters, and new client documentationTrack and follow up on pending leads and prospective client inquiriesEnsure compliance with confidentiality and legal intake protocolsRequirementsPrior experience in a law firm, legal intake, or client-facing administrative role preferredStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic demeanorProficiency with legal case management software or CRM systems is a plusExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationFamiliarity with legal terminology and intake procedures is strongly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plusAbout UsThorp Purdy is a well-established law firm proudly serving clients in Springfield, OR and the surrounding communities.
