Founded by industry veterans Josh Edwards and Rob Ketch, who bring more than 40 years of combined experience, our company was built on a simple promise: deliver honest service, quality work, and an exceptional customer experience every time.Responsibilities:Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites based on priority, location, and technician availabilityCommunicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on technician arrival timesMaintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs, permits, and customer interactionsCoordinate with local municipalities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulationsProvide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operationsQualifications:Customer service experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsPrior experience in dispatching or coordinating in a similar industry is highly preferred (HVAC/Plumbing)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslySchedule: Monday - Friday (7AM-4PM)Physical Demands:Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the timeMay be required to sit for long periods of timeMay be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushingAbility to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periodsApply Today!We're an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and ensuring equal opportunities for all qualified applicants.
