This includes leading the Store Team to achieve sales goals, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure streamlined store operations.Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsAssist with the day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.Ensure the store is clean, well-organized and stocked with appropriate levels of inventoryStaff ManagementAssist with recruiting, training, and manage Store Team including scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary action as neededMotivate and lead the Team to achieve sales and service goalsInventory ManagementAssist with maintaining accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, place orders as neededEnsure that store displays are attractive and effectively showcase productsCoordinate with the Visual Merchandising Team to create visually appealing store layoutsCompliance & SafetyEnsure that the store complies with all relevant laws and regulationsMaintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employeesOtherWork closely with Store Team to ensure proper shift hand-off; communicate any issues or concernsParticipate in training sessions as neededKnowledge and experienceRetail Store ExperienceAttention to detail and organization while multi-taskingWritten and verbal communication skillsTime managementProblem solvingPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.The associate must frequently stand for long periods of time.While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
