Job Details

Serve as a key connection between clients, service desk technicians, and engineering teams to coordinate IT support requests.Prioritize incoming requests and allocate resources according to urgency, availability, and technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:Manage high volumes of incoming service requests through phone calls and online chat.Perform initial ticket triage, clarify details, and assign tickets to the most appropriate technicians.Monitor service levels, communicate expectations to clients, and follow up on resolved tickets.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of customer service or dispatching experience.Familiarity with ConnectWise or comparable ticketing platforms is strongly preferred.Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.Why Join:Fully remote position within the United States with comprehensive healthcare coverage for you and your family.Competitive annual salary with 401(k) match, 17 days of PTO, and opportunities for professional development.US Security & IT US Security & IT provides IT services and security solutions to clients.
