Customer Success Associate at Metal America

Metal America is the fastest growing construction company in the country and we are hiring Customer Success Associates who want a real startup environment. We design, manufacturer, deliver, and install buildings, concrete foundations, and barndominiums nationwide. We are growing extremely fast and are already piloting our robotics program with the long term goal of automating construction. Keeping our customers happy after the sale is one of the most important things we do.

You will own the customer relationship from signed contract to completed build. That means communicating proactively, solving problems, coordinating with our sales and construction teams, and making sure customers are never left wondering what is happening. We need people who genuinely care about customers, are extremely organized, move fast, and take ownership when things go wrong.

This is not a role for someone who just answers tickets and passes problems along. We want people who get things done.

This is a fully remote role with real opportunities to grow as the company scales. We are looking for people who want to build something with us, not just collect a paycheck.
