Dari-Mart Stores, Inc. is hiring a Benefit and Accounting Administrator to join their team.   This position will manage benefit administration for Dari-Mart Stores and related entities.

This position will work in the corporate office in Junction City and report to the President and VP Finance.  The successful candidate will be detail oriented, have strong time management skills, great communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Benefit Administration
    • Administration of multiple employer benefit plans, including:
      • 401(k)
      • Medical and dental
      • Other benefits such as disability and life insurance
    • Administration of commercial insurance 
    • Administration of workers compensation insurance
    • Preparation and execution of annual 401(k), worker's compensation and commercial insurance audits
  • Accounting
    • Full cycle accounting for rental property, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and preparation of financial statements
    • Maintain leases and rent updates for rental properties
  • Payroll
    • Supervision of payroll accounting for Dari-Mart and related entities
    • Preparation and filing of quarterly and annual payroll and benefit reporting
  • Other duties
    • Other duties as requested
