The Cashier position reports to the Business Affairs Manager and supports the daily operations of the Business Office. This position involves cashiering, Business Office reception, answering and transferring phone calls, and answering students’ questions relating to their accounts, payments, financial aid, and other various business operations payments received by this office.
This position involves frequent in-person, telephone, and written contact with students and other University employees for the purpose of exchanging information, addressing procedural questions, collecting data, making recommendations, clarifying procedures, securing approvals, and problem solving. This individual must maintain confidentiality in all facets of fulfillment of the position’s duties.
