Key Responsibilities

· Maintain, manage and grow the existing UBCO Reseller Network in North America and ensure alignment with UBCOs go to market strategy

· Process orders through UBCOs ERP system and communicate with the team for outbound shipments

· Assist with monitoring and follow up on inbound leads

· Improve and conduct the Reseller Network product training experience for UBCO

· Identify and manage key Reseller Network accounts including making recommendations on Resellers that are not active and should no longer be a Reseller

· Contribute to UBCO’s strategy in areas of Enterprise and D2C (direct to consumer) sales

· Create effective marketing programs for UBCOs Reseller Network and D2C sales that increase sell-through numbers and drives overall revenue growth and channel success

· Balance pipeline development with a focus on closing near-term deals

· Create automated workflows and intelligence in CRM

Key Tasks

Retail/Dealer Accounts - Maintain and manage a database of Reseller account targets to deliver on sales revenue objectives

Revenue - Deliver on quarterly revenue targets for Reseller Network and D2C sales

Sales Process - Evaluate and incorporate changes to the Reseller Network and online sales workflow to deliver maximum sales

CRM - Ensure Reseller Network sales activity status is maintained in CRM and that an appropriate pipeline/opportunity report can be created on a regular basis

Forecasting - Provide monthly Reseller Network forecasting

Reporting - Actively contribute to a weekly sales meeting, present an overview of accounts and affiliates

Marketing - Create external market programs and collaborations that help increase overall Reseller Network and D2C sales

Order Processing - Input new orders into ERP accurately and quickly
